Sartain Athlete Services specializes in treating soft tissue ailments and injuries through a combination of a wide variety of manual therapies, corrective exercise, and improved ‘movement diets’. Jeremy does not subscribe to a single modality but instead utilizes what will create the best outcome for each client.
A typical session includes intake, various assessments, a global static postural review, a movement-based postural review, and various manual therapies.

Some manual therapies utilize tools designed to release restrictions between tissues or break up scar tissue (including adhesions). Kinesiology tape is often used to support injured tissues, provide postural cueing, aid in lymphatic drainage, or to inhibit overactive tissues.

Corrective exercises are often prescribed and Jeremy will video YOU doing them correctly on your phone so that you can repeat those at home. All clients are educated as to what Jeremy is finding, what he is doing and why throughout sessions.
